Please print and complete required form as per Coaches Reg. Instruction doc.
Bring paperwork to registration with the required legible photo copies and
Police Check. Police Checks are to be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed
to O.R.F.A. Secretary. Police check forms must be filled out at the Police Station
with proper I.D. We do not supply a letter to waive the fee as they do not accept
it anyways.
All Coaches are required to pay for the OFA INSURANCE $20.00 (CASH, NON REFUNDABLE)
Current Certification Requirements for Tackle Football
Level 1 Certification Requirements are:
Football Level 1 Technical
Introduction to Competition – Part A (replaces Theory 1)
Practical (1 complete season of coaching AFTER the successful completion
of BOTH Football Technical and Part A)
Level 2 Certification requirements are:
Football Level 2 Technical
Introduction to Competition – Part B (replaces Theory 2)
Practical ( a total of 3 years of coaching, with 1 complete season of coaching
AFTER the successful completion of BOTH Football Technical and Part B)
Level 3 Certification requirements are:
Football Technical Level 3
Theory Level 3
Practical (a total of 5 years of coaching, with 1 complete season of coaching
AFTER the successful completion of BOTH Football Technical and Theory)
